Mandag 3. juni klokken 10 inviterer vi gamle og nye leverandører til et felles oppstartsmøte for forberedelse av neste års avtaler og priser til norske folkebibliotek og offentlige videregående skolebibliotek, tilbudt gjennom Bibliotek24.
Oppstartsmøtet avholdes som vanlig på Teams hvor språket vil være engelsk. Møtet markerer starten på leverandørers mulighet til å sende inn et tilbud på sitt innhold til Bibliotek24 for kalenderåret 2025.

Omtrent en uke i etterkant av møte vil alle leverandører motta en dokumentpakke med referat, FTE, kontaktinfo til bibliotek, innkjøpspolitikken, samt et egenerklæringsskjema (vendor form) som må fylles ut og returneres til Bibliotek24 innen den 23. juni.
On Monday, June 3 at 10:00 AM, we invite both old and new suppliers to a joint kick-off meeting to prepare for next year’s contracts and pricing for Norwegian public libraries and public high school libraries, offered through Bibliotek24.
The kick-off meeting will be held as usual on Teams, and the language will be English. The meeting marks the start of the opportunity for suppliers to submit a bid for their content to Bibliotek24 for the calendar year 2025.

- Upcoming deadlines ahead of this year’s affiliation period

Approximately one week after the meeting, all suppliers will receive a document package including the minutes, FTE, contact information for libraries, the purchasing policy, and a vendor declaration form, which must be completed and returned to Bibliotek24 by June 23.
